25th April 2008, marks the official last day of classes of our FIRST YEAR in MEDICAL SCHOOL!
What a year it has been! It all began on 10th Sptember 2007, young, immature (well, some of us still are!) the 20 somthing of us set out on an adventure to study the ever brain cells absorbing subject, medicine. Along the way, being 10000 (how many 0s should there be?) km from home, we bonded and took care of each other like we were a huge family! Before the human evolution in the last few decades, humans were actually meant to haf such numbers of siblings in a family! Serious! Well, at least I know my grandpa was THAT fertile..
But so, just watching how the Irish and other people are enjoying themselves tonite, well technically they started partying since 11 am, last day of the year, and drinking without a care in the world, it suddenly kicked me and some others hard in the ass that hey, oh my god, its been 1 year already?? n 1/5 done? the feeling is sinking in, it is.. it sure is..
And what have we achieved in the past one year? Or not achieved..
Knowledge, friends, fats (we gained some and lose some), fun, or even just the thought of knowing that we are gonna stick to each other till the end. how we have each other to our backs. i think thats really important !
